FedEx Transportation Contract Survey

Aloha Members of HFSA,

Happy Holiday greetings from your Transportation Committee and Board of Directors.  We are currently in negotiation with FedEx Corp.  FedEx is requesting HFSA to survey our membership in regards to shipment of boxes 1728 cubic inches (12 x 12 x 12) or smaller dimensions.  This is in regards to the approximate percentage of small packages in comparison to your overall volume.

We are including a link to a five question survey for you to complete.  This is an important issue that affects all of us who depend on FedEx to provide discounts on shipping, so please do not delete this email. The survey takes less than 5 minutes to complete. We would like the survey responses back if possible no later than November 19, 2007.

Thank you again on behalf of your HFSA board for your participation in this survey.  We will also attempt to share and publish the overall computation of the survey results when it is complete.
